Pitch Shape
Use Pitch mode only after a current bake is available. The displayed pitch line belongs to the latest completed bake; score edits made afterward are not represented until another bake completes.
Choose the control level
Section titled “Choose the control level”| Condition | Control | Result |
|---|---|---|
| One note needs a directed rise or fall. | Note Curve (cents) | Applies a relative start-to-end offset to that note. |
| One note needs periodic variation. | Note vibrato | Adds vibrato only to the selected note. |
| Abrupt local reversals affect the voice broadly. | Compressor | Reduces detected pitch reversals. |
| Note transitions are too abrupt. | Slur Smooth | Rounds voiced note-boundary transitions. |
| Vietnamese lexical tone is weak. | Vietnamese | Adds a tone-relative contour to eligible syllables. |
| The voice requires regular generated vibrato. | Vibrato | Adds delayed periodic variation across voiced notes. |
Change one source at a time, bake, and compare the result. If two controls produce similar movement, set one to its neutral value before evaluating the other.
